Je vous propose des exercices parmi le r\u00e9pertoire de la <strong>m\u00e9thode Pilates classique<\/strong> et adapt\u00e9s en fonction de votre niveau. J&rsquo;utilise parfois du<strong> petit mat\u00e9riel<\/strong> (ballon paille, swiss ball, \u00e9lastique, balles, briques), le mat\u00e9riel est fourni sur place.
